A forum has been added for users of this site.  You must register to post on the forum.  Registration helps minimize inappropriate content (porn, pills, poker).  Look to the left of the home page under Navigation and Important Pages and click on the forums reference.  If you have any problems email us and we will help you.

    I haven’t signed your letter as I don’t agree with your efforts to recall Bob Crouch. Regardless of what he has or has not done, I think you should go to him as a group with your complaints.

    I do not like the POA’s tunnel vision on the funding of the Capital Reserve Fund. I agree with Don Wyeth’s letter on 4kfee.com where he suggests a simple $20 increase in monthly fees. A short letter shows more insight into the problem than 3 months and who knows how many meeting on the part of the POA Board. Please post Don’s letter on your site and use your group’s influence to do what you can to have the Board’s method of funding voted down. Thanks.
